We do our best to adhere to any issues our tenants have. However, in certain situations and scenarios you might not be happy with the outcome. That is why we’re part of a Government Authorised Consumer Redress Scheme, Property Redress Scheme (PRS).

At PRS you can raise a complaint or issue and discuss the matter with a third party professional and seek advice from. It’s like citizens advice but specialised in property for tenants. So you’re always in safe hands and have somewhere to turn to.
